Sound Hire — Common Questions
It depends on your venue size and guest count. Our Essential package covers up to 120 guests, and the Signature handles up to 300. For larger or more complex venues, we'll do a full assessment and recommend the right system. When in doubt, just ask — we'll tell you exactly what you need.
Yes — all of our packages include DJing. Our DJ provides 4 hours on the Essential package and 5 hours on the Signature. If you need more time or a custom setup, the Full Production package is fully flexible.
Yes, always. We arrive in advance of your event to set everything up and conduct a full soundcheck before your guests arrive. At the end of the night (or the following morning) we handle all removal and pack-down. You don't need to lift a finger.
Absolutely. The Signature Experience includes dedicated song request planning. We work through your must-plays, avoid list, and any specific moments (first dance, entrance music, etc.) in advance. If you're on the Essential package, just send us a playlist and we'll work with it.

Yes. All equipment is fully PAT tested and we carry public liability insurance. We also bring backup equipment to every event so you're never left without sound if something unexpected happens.
