What areas do you cover for lighting hire?

We're based in Hampshire and cover the surrounding areas including Berkshire, Surrey, Farnham, and further afield. Not sure if we cover your venue? Just get in touch and we'll let you know.

Do you set up and take down the lighting equipment?

Yes, full setup and breakdown is included with every hire. We arrive in advance of your event to rig everything and return at the end of the night, or first thing in the morning, to collect. You don't have to worry about a thing.

Can I customise the lighting colours to match my event theme?

Absolutely. Our LED uplighters and wash lights can be programmed to virtually any colour, so whether you have a specific theme, brand colours, or wedding palette in mind, we'll match it perfectly.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking as early as possible. Popular dates, especially weekends and bank holidays, fill up fast. That said, if your event is coming up soon, get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Can you combine lighting with sound hire?

Yes, and it's the most popular option. Booking both together means one point of contact, a coordinated setup, and often a better overall price. Just mention it when you enquire and we'll put together a combined quote.

Is your equipment PAT tested and insured?

Yes. All of our equipment is fully PAT tested and we carry public liability insurance, so you and your venue can have complete peace of mind.
